I recently bought a Hamilton Beach Flex brew coffee maker MODEL: 49976 it's the one that can brew a single serve using Kcups or a 12 cup carafe. Unfortunately my niece made herself a cup of cocoa and ran milk through the single serve side. We didn't find out until hours later and despite cleaning the needle and running vinegar through it to clean the maker we have to fight to get a cup to brew hiting brew several times for one cup. Is there anything we can do?

Some have a valve that allows you to connect to a water supply, or use water from the tank. Check the manual.

These machines needs regular dealer service, but of course they don't tell you that when you buy them.

Contact their support and request warranty assistance. Some ideas here

There are 2 models of Hamiltion Beach FlexBrew coffee makers: a 12-cup and pod machine and single-serve machine.

Whichever one you have, I suspect you do not have the User Guide for the machine.

The upper tube is plugged and needs to be unplugged. Look at the manual for instructions on cleaning the system.
