Hello OP>
no symptoms stated at all. nor OS.
or task or job stated, (reload OS, or boot to other media?) what?
the boot menu is in BIOS, the manual is on line at Lenovo.

https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/thinkcentre_pdf/m73_tower_ug_en.pdf
Lenovo calls this the setup program it is just BIOS running.
F1 is the key to hammer at power on to enter BIOS.
page 93 covers that clearly. F10 is save setting as the pages state.

BIOS runs even when all boot drives are missing even unplugged
but not recover mode. F12.
yes use a real keyboard, to use BIOS , and if one USB port is dead
under bios, try others for sure USB2 ports , not USB3.

if you or others set a BIOS password, BIOS is locked.
a whole other matter, that must be stated under symptoms.

This can depend on your OS. For slower booting systems, press and release F12 repeatedly after pressing the power button. Release the button when you see the Choose Boot Device screen. Select the boot device and press Enter. (Note: some systems may not boot from all USB devices or CD/DVDs if they are set for a type of secure boot (UEFI).)

With some systems, you may need to enter the BIOS setup utility to allow the system to boot from a specific device. Try pressing F1 repeatedly after pressing the power button until you hear a lot of beeps or a splash screen. If there is a password for the setup utility, you'll need to enter that password. If you reach the Windows lock screen or the desktop, you missed the timing. Under Windows 10, go to the power icon in the Start menu (on the lower left). Press shift and click Restart. You will see an option for entering the BIOS on restart. Select this and wait. Once in the Setup utility look for the boot menu. You can change the order of the list. Press the correct buttons for save and exit to boot to the desired device.

I hope this helps.

(Note: some wireless keyboards may not work in the setup utility. Make sure that a wired keyboard isn't plugged into a USB 3.0 port if you need to load a USB driver to enable the port.)

I am locked out of my lenovo it only reads the name and tells me to hit enter if i want to bypass normal startup then it goes into the boot menu.

Hi
It sounds as if the hard drive in your machine has lost the ability to boot the machine up. If you can boot from a bootable CD/DVD or bootable USB drive if these options are available from the boot menu, then this confirms the hard drive has problems. Try using the "Lenovo button" just to the right of the Power button to see if you can return the computer to previous settings the worked. Be wary though as choosing the "restore to factory settings" option will lose all the data on the hard drive, and should only be used if your data is backed up properly, or in utter desperation.
