Hi yes set the dial to 600 on the DC voltage for 275 Volts DC::: 2000m to 600 Volt DC ::::: dial in photo is pointing to DC voltage.:::::::.black
200 to 500 is AC voltage ::::: right hand side is Ohm's resistance .200 ohm to 2000K- Ohm ..1k-ohm=1000.Ohms.....cheers
Thanks for your answer, but I meant. Point 275 can that be measured?
Do u mean 2.75 volts. Explain what u are trying to test is it a battery or something else ?¿?????
Hi again are u trying to test the voltage drop of .275v.on switching diode's

SOURCE: how to set GDT-311 Digital Multimeter to x 1000 ohm setting?
The 20K setting is close to what you're looking for. The 200 scale is best to read 0 to 200 ohms, the 2K setting would be to read 200 to 2K, the 20K is to read 2K to 20K, the 200k range is for 20K to 200K and finally, the 2000K is to read 200K to 2000K or (2M) ohm resistance.
Basically, start on the high range, and work your way down until there is only one (or none) digit after the decimal point in the display for the best accuracy. A 6,500 ohm value may display as .006 reading on the 2000K range, and as you can see, doesn't give a true reading of the actual value.
I hope this helps!

Short Answer = YES.
Fluke 16 has a 4000mV range that can be entered only manualy. If you use auto range it will go to 4V as the lovest range but if you keep pressing range button you can go to 4000mV range with 1mV resolution.
