We have a 6.5 1st crock pot (kitchen selective sc-4116. The blue liner insert has a small crack. How do I get a replacement for it.

it is cheaper to buy one then try to purchase a new stoneware liner.
many resaller will not ship the liner because it is easily broken. if you can find one close by, the cost is around $20.00

There is no inherent problem with the Kitchenaid ceramic inserts. As far as a replacement ceramic insert, I would suggest calling Kitchenaid Customer Service. They may be able to provide a new insert at no cost if the unit is still within the 1 Year warranty.
