I appreciate your post, Wendy!
Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire microwave is displaying an error code of "E-11". An "E-11" stands for the gas-sensor is open, this could be an issue with your sensor harness, connections, or gas sensor. I would recommend performing a reset on your microwave and you can do that by flipping off the household circuit breaker for at least ten minutes. If that does not resolve your issue you may need to seek assistance from a professional technician for proper repairs. This will help you avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt

Thank you for your post, friend!
I understand that your Frigidaire microwave is displaying the error code "SE" or "5E". I have researched and the error code seems to be "SE" which means keypad is stuck. In order to remove the error code the keypad would need to be replaced.
Regrettably, this is not a simple DIY job. I would highly recommend reaching out to an expert technician to ensure the appropriate replacement part is ordered and is installed correctly to prevent future issues. I hope this helps to some degree. -Matt
