When you sign up for a trial period regardless of the company they usually charge your card to make sure it is valid. Wait 2-4 business days and this charge should drop off. Be sure to cancel your membership before the trial period or they will charge you.

Have you tried completely reinstalling the Netflix app? I had a couple issues with different apps and reinstalling seemed to fix the issues.

does anyone else have your account info? if so, netflix will only allow up to 2 people to use netflix on 1 account. it doesn't matter where they are as long as someone logged into your account there can only be 2 users at a time

If you contact netflix support, you can request a refund. and explain this to them. They're much more likely to do something if you tell them about it instead of random people on the internet
