Replaced gasket, both types didn't work
First, I'm not a Pasquini representative.
* Check your warranty. Call for service
* Check with coffee vendor (may have a espresso tech.)
* Support; https://pasquini.com/pages/support
*** Following is for information only.***
* Service should have fully tested unit prior to releasing it to the owner.
* Check the portafilter(s) Brand. (Just because it worked earlier, the new gasket may be correct and the previous gasket was another brand)
* Check the portafilter(s) baskets for dents, flat areas on lip, and clogged holes in baskets.
* Replace worn dump box rubber bumpers (the part that gets hit with the portafilter.) If the metal bump support rod is exposed then this metal to metal contact will damage the portafilter and basket.
* Check for the correct (brand) baskets. Some are flat edged while others have a rounded lip.
* Check for portafilter "Port" if it's clear of obstructions (old coffee)
* Some portafilters come with a built in flow restrictor that needs calibration or cleaning.
* Re-check group head for miss mounting, damaged gasket or group head.
* Check if leak has coffee in it (leaking group head at or near gasket)
* Check if leak is clear. (leaking before group. Solenoid group valve.
* If leak happens all the time even without dosing then check the group head plumbing for leaks.
* Testing after gasket change( Note problems mentioned); https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cEmIsKFB7So

PS; If everything checks (and new) but still leaks. Have the Service tech double check the parts in Group head assembly and the portafilters used as there may be a part miss match (wrong brand used.) I've found that group gaskets come in all sizes and thickness even from the same company. It may look the same but if you take a micrometer to check, it's different.

Hi
Check the wire on the water reservoir to make sure that it is properly connected.
Check to make sure the wire connection is clean and making good contact.
If the machine turns on the connection is dirty, so you will need to remove nut and clean.
There is a level probe on top of the boiler (actually 2) The right one (yellow wire) is the low level probe and it will not let the boiler turn on unless it sences water at the probe. If it is scaled it can't tell if there is water in the boiler and the element will not heat. Remove and clean the probe.

Hi
If they are blinking slowly check this. Check the wire on the water reservoir to make sure that it is connected. You can try grounding this wire and see if the machine responds.
Water level may be low in the reservoir. Are you using distilled water or reverse osmosis water. Don’t. The computer can’t tell if have water in the reservoir, because it need’s minerals to conduct the small current for the computer. If they are blinking fast you may need a new computer.

Sounds like the pressure switch is not working properly and the safety is turning the machine off. Try checking the tube from the boiler to the pressure switch that might be blocked, if not then the pressure switch needs to be replaced.
