Trouble shoot e35 sole elliptical

I just purchased the e35 from a person that used very little. I took it apart and transported it home in my truck. I had to put it on its side to transport it safely. I reassembled it and everything works. I programmed it for a work out as user 1 and the incline worked and all the read outs worked, except for the levels. After 15 minutes I could tell that the incline was going up, but the level stayed the same. I pushed the level up button on arms and the one on console and receive level err meassage. I tried restarting machine, I tried pushing the start, enter, stop button and it still will not change level. It will allow you to program higher level but it will not increase.

SOURCE: Yukon a/c blower doesn't work on low settings

I really think the Blower resistor is at fault.
It is located on the Passenger side, directly next to the blower motor.
It has a 7 or 8 wire connector from controller,  and then the 2 wires coming out for the motor.
They are VERY common problem.
2 small screws holding it in.
easy fix.
Part SHOULD cost in the $40-$50 range Depending on which Auto parts store you go to, Auto Zone will have this part and can give you the step by step instruction to get the job done.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck

How do I disassemble a sole e25 elliptical? - Sole Fitness E25 SOLE Elliptical

Sup, my elliptical-lovin' friend! Taking apart the Sole E25 Elliptical is actually pretty easy-peasy. Here's what you need to do:
1. Unplug the machine from the wall outlet and move it to an open area where you have enough space to work.
2. Remove the covers that are located on the base of the machine. These covers are held in place with screws that you'll need to unscrew using a standard Phillips head screwdriver.
3. After the base covers are removed, you'll see the ramps that hold the pedal arms. Use a wrench to remove the bolts that hold the ramps in place.
4. Next, remove the pedals by loosening the bolts that hold them onto the pedal arms. Once the bolts are removed, the pedals should slide right off.
5. Finally, remove the console and the handlebars by loosening the bolts that hold them onto the upright post.
And that's it! You've successfully disassembled your Sole E25 Elliptical. When you're ready to put the machine back together, just reverse these steps. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
One last tip: make sure to keep all of the screws and bolts in a safe place so that you don't lose them. Trust me, you don't want to be stuck searching for a missing bolt when you're trying to put the machine back together. Happy disassembling!

Where do I find the serial number on my sole e35 elliptical? Thanks !

E35 - Copied from E25 answer - on the front of the machine, right under the display, on the back side, there is a pyramid shaped piece of plastic wrapped around the middle bar. Pry it up with a screwdriver (if needed but it should slide), it should unsnap, and will reveal the mythical red serial number. And it should also be on the warranty registration card.
