SOURCE: low flame on burner...

Remove the burner and check the flexible tubes for kinks or blockages. The flexible tubes usually just slip over the backs of the valves. Spiders love to get in there and block them. Also check that the holes in the burners are not clogged. Be careful when reseating the flexible tubes to be sure that they are properly seated on the back of the valves. Failure to properly seat the flexible tubes can cause leakage there, and the gas can ignite at the back of the valves and not reach the burner. Be certain that the replacement burner is designed to use with your grill and the flexible tubes mate properly with the back of the valves.

I have used the Q-series for 2 years. The blue and low flame is absolutely normal. Weber's philiosophy is of avoiding flare ups when grilling for best taste. I love this grill - very easy to clean, uses less gas and makes great food.

SOURCE: weber grill three burner. New tank of propane but

The new style2_bing.gif OPD valves have a small brass ring located in the female fitting on the LP tank. Over time this ring can work loose and then it does not allow the male fitting to fully depress the OPD valve thus reducing your gas flow
Using a small flat bladed screw driver tighten the small brass ring This should solve your problem
IF not you might want to remove the cap (white) on your regulator and try slowly adjusting the regulator, make small adjustments and try the BBQ My Weber if I set the front and back burners to MED I get right at 350 degrees in 60 degree outdoor temps. Adjusting the regulator will take some time to get it right but If it is not your tank it is most likely your regulator out of adjustment

How to adjust the flame on a weber side burner. the flame is yellow versus blue

Open Stovetop
On most stoves, the air shutter is just behind the burner gas valve. It is a sliding plate or tube that covers the burner air vent. Loosen the set screw that keeps the shutter from moving. Turn the burner on fully and slowly open the shutter until the flame turns blue

Hello,
Either the cleaner you used is partially clogging the burner holes or you inadvertently moved the air adjustment and are starving it from getting the air it needs to burn properly. Douglas

Middle burner looks ok but has huge yellow flame

Sounds to me like the new burner that was put on, has the wrong gas orifice in it. Possibly a nat gas orifice instead of a propane orifice. If it's a propane grill, take it to your local propane co and have them look at it. Also, sometimes just a spiderweb or dirt dobber nest in the burner's venturi tube can cause that kind of problem. Blow it out with an air compressor and see if that's the problem.

Side burner on propane gas grill burns with orange flame ratheer than blue

here is a link to a page that shows what the colors of the flame should look like and what causes the orange instead of the blue flame. http://www.appliance411.com/faq/gas_range_flames.shtml
I would begin by checking to be sure you do not have a spider or a cob web in the burner partially blocking the gas or the air intake.
