Cars, does the basket lean to one side? There might be a couple of issues. The coupler that seats between the motor and trans could be wollowed out causing vibration. Another is that one of the balance springs came off or broke. I'm going to attach a photo of the springs so you can see what this looks like. You can remove the whole cabinet to check things out or tip the washer back and take a look.

did you remove the shipping bolts before you starting using it consult your owners manual under installation for location and removal procedures all washers have them to stabilize them during shipping
SOURCE: BACK LEG LEVELING ARM
The back legs are usually not adjustable. Adjust the front legs & lock them with the lock nuts, at the lowest level, that is the machine tilts towards the front. Adjust further if there is any shake when you try with your hands.
You could also check to see if any springs or shocks have become loose. Refer manual.

What likely happened is when you replaced the belt you may have disconnected the hose to the water level switch. It is (usually) a clear hose that attaches to the side of the washtub and goes to an air pressure switch that senses the water level to tell the machine to shut the water off and go into agitate mode.
If the hose is not disconnected you may either have a bad water level switch, it may have been accidentally unplugged electrically when replacing the belt, or there is a hole in the hose, connection to the washtub or on the switch.

Here's a very simple thing that you can try, place spongy foam between the sidewalls of the washer and adjacent wall or dryer. See this link for further info. It's simple, but it does work.
