SOURCE: Oven error -f3-
In most cases that code means you have a shorting keypad.
If you could post the full model number, I'd be happy to point you to the best source in case you or a friend want to replace it yourself.
Otherwise, we regularly repair these for customers nationwide for $39.95 postpaid plus thew cost of the keypad.
Details of our service and critical safety information and disassembly information is at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk

SOURCE: Nothing Works Shows F3 Error
the F3 error code is an oven temperature sensor fault. The sensor is a small probe that sticks out of the back of the oven wall. They do go bad and can be easily replaced. If I had your EXACT model number (found along the inside of the oven door or lower drawer) you can replace it.hope this helps
SOURCE: I have an LG dishwasher.
Hi there,
Are you sure it's F3? As far as I know, F3 is not an error code listed for this model or any other LG dishwasher. However if it's FE (looks similar), it's an overfill fault which may require the water inlet valve/solenoid to be replaced. If the error code displays shortly after starting a wash cycle when it's filling with water, I suspect the code is FE.
Please can you check the error code and get back to me. If it's definitely F3, you'll probably have to ask someone else as I've never seen this error code and I wouldn't know where to start.
Thanks,
BElectric

Have the same problem with brand new, unused DMS500TR dishwasher. Rang Samsung, they said F3 is a water leak error.
