Factory Reset the television and then reload the app. The software is corrupted.

Change your region or country and then on the next boot all will be removed. Then change it back to your country and the apps will reload and you are logged out of Netflix.

Just follow these steps if your Netflix is not working on Smart TV:

1.Try pressing and holding the enter button on the Netflix icon while in the smart hub apps screen.
2.You should get a sub menu, one of which the options should be reinstall.

there is an app which I don't remember on the top of my head but you could smart cast from the. I do it all the time my phone is dead but I would tell you if I remembered it from the top of my head

To clarify the issue, as we are having the same problem, when you go into the "smart"hub and select Netflix, the app gives a message that an update is needed. It says to go into Menu -> Support -> Update -> Online. However, the option to update is not available so Netflix is now unusable on the Samsung TV. I never have these issues with our AppleTV. If anyone discovers how to fix this, please let me know. I have already tried doing a factory reset to reload Netflix. It didn't work.

I have a similar challenge. Netflix works fine on my iPad mini and Samsung smart TV. The trouble is on the Apple TV .
I think I restarted the Apple TV to set this right.
Try going to settings -general -reset on the iPad 2 and see if there is a possibility there.

REMEMBER!
Do not not accept tampered, unsealed or re-sealed Call and Text Cards or those whose 14-digit PINS have been revealed.
To Reload your Account Using a Call and Text Card or Electronic PIN Voucher
1. If your are using a SMART Buddy Call and Text Card, lightly scratch off the protective link on the card to reveal the 14-digit PIN. If you are using an Electronic PIN Voucher, tear off the covered voucher through the perforation at the sides to reveal the 14-digit PIN.
2. Dial 1510 14-digit PIN SEND
A voice prompt will confirm if your reload attempt is successful.
You will be given 5 attempts to successfully reload your account. After 5 invalid attempts, you will be barred from further reload attempts for the day. Reloading may be done the next day starting 12:00 am.
It is highly recommend loading additional Call and Text card value into your account to ensure smooth and continuous service. There is no limit to the amount or value you can load in your account.
