There appears to be a problem using the Nintendo Points Card.

• Make sure you are entering the number in the correct field in the Nintendo DSi Shop.
  • For Nintendo Points Card redemption, enter the number off the Nintendo Points Card in the "Add Nintendo DSi Points" section off of the main Nintendo DSi Shop page, and select "Redeem Nintendo Points Card."
  • If you are attempting to add points with a Visa or MasterCard, enter your card information in the "Add Nintendo DSi Points" section off of the main Nintendo DSi Shop page, and select "Buy Nintendo DSi Points with a Credit Card."

To redeem your Nintendo Wii Points Card onto your Wii, follow instructions below:

Did you by any chance purchase this Wii Card used? If so someone else likely used the card before selling it to you. If not, then it could be a problem with the way you are entering the Wii Card, it could be a problem with the Network Connection, or it could be a problem with Nintendo's server. Try calling Nintendo at 1-800-255-3700

From the DSi Shop, click 'Start Shopping,' then 'Add Nintendo DSi Points,' then 'Redeem Nintendo Points Card.' Then you enter the Nintendo Points number from the back of your card.
