Stuart:

I own a Samsung Model RF267 ABPN and am experiencing the exact same problem. If you go through the fixya Web site you will find this is a fairly common problem with the Samsung Refrig. There are 4 schools of thought:
1. Press and hold power freeze and power cool buttons at same time for 10 seconds to reset.
2. Press and hold the Energy Saver and Lighting buttons at he same time for 8-10 seconds.
3. Unplug the unit for 10 minutes and plug it back in.
4. Replace electronic circuit boards (for example the main board found in the backof the unit or a board that controls the dislay found in the door.
I would be interested in how your unit responds to #1 or #2.
Good Luck

RS267lash samsung refrig. display panel fridge

Sounds like the fan unit is faouling with ice. The solution is to remove the whole of the contents and then the units inside at the rear. Defrost same and re assemble. Its not that hard if you remove the light difuser first and the two screws. Mark the difuser for top. Then ease out the unit and remove after taking out the electrical connections. They fit only one way. The lower unit has four screws. Two under covers. Easy to unclip. The ice seal may mean that it is not that easy to remove. Defrost both the units with a hairdryer or similar and clear insulation from the fan drain. Re assemble when clear and as dry as you can. The problem will come back so be aware that you have to repeat the procedure when the fan gives signs of fouling. Paul.

2) Press the temp up and down on both the freezer AND refrig (all 4 at the same time)
3) when 0's show , release the buttons and press any button except for the temp adjust buttons .
4) NOW , fress the temp adjust buttons until the freezer side displays 0 and the refrig side displays 7 . 0 and 7 is for the thermistors test .
5) After 0 and 7 display , press any button again except temp adjust , and this will start the thermistor check .
6) You will have 7 thermistor tests , indicated on the refrig display , starting at 1 , then 2 then .......
7) The feezer display will tell for the corresponding thermistor , indicated by the refrig display , if the thermistor p = pass , s = short , b = bad (replace board)

After determining if or which thermistor is bad , then adjust the display to 1 on freezer display and 6 on the refrig display . This ends the testing procedure and resets the refrig back to normal .

Temperature 94 in refrig. normal in freezer

Check to see if refrigerator door is lower than freezer door. If so remove toe panel, (bottom front). Under refrigerator door hinge at bottom right is adjuster for door. Adjust upward so door is even. On some models when door is too low it causes light to stay on some times, raising ref. temps.
