SOURCE: dj8153 bought an item. recieved a paypal receipt.

log into your paypal account www.paypal.com then go to recent transactions history, find the one with the problem and compy the transaction long number.

now go to resolution centre, and file a claim using that transaction number we copied earlier and paypal will look into your case and refund you, dont forget to submit the claim after 2 or 3 days.

how did you pay.
you can contact ebay on the hompage on the left hand side you will see a contact us tab click that another page will open with answer centre

also eBay explained and security centre click on security tab another page will open on the left hand side you will see live help

click that you might have to wait for someone to become available or you can talk to an automated voice explain in detail your problem with the live help you should get the appropriate help
if you paid using paypal

log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim

Search eBay for your duplicate replacement. Dont waste repair monies on parts for it, monitors are too cheap nowadays. Goto Frys.com or Pricewatch.com for good deals. The later are vendors who post within a few dollars of each other. Warranties are the key. Shipping costs are very important too. A lot of Sellers on eBay offer free shipping. Used units usually carry a couple of weeks or more warranty from the time you receive it. -DellTech1

Need mediator for dispute with seller

It more than likely not the sellers fault ,but the Postal services fault the package was not delivered. You can change to negative feedback to naturale. I am also a seller on eBay I am sick of my packages not being delivered just because the Postal Service can`t do there job. But is the sellers that have to accept negative feedback and even have give the money back also .

The seller gave me mis information about the size of a watch prior to buying

click on the My Ebay fromthe drop down list select purchase history
contact seller option then Item recieved not as described
if you get no satisfaction you might have to open up a papal claim log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim

Did they charge you?, What you can do is cancel the money transaction or ask for a refund, when you recieve the item send it back to him immediately and report the seller to eBay, as what he did is against the terms of service. Hope this helps.

I made apurchase on ebay using pay pal on the 9thsept the seller emailed to say it was shipped on the 10th still not recieved the item tried phoning the seller goes to voicemail & no return call tried...

File a report with eBay and Paypal on this seller. He will have to refund your money for the item he sold you.

Paypal: Open Paypal and click on the sellers name to get the choice to file a report.

eBay: Click on your account, choose the seller and choose, file a report.

Have $141 in monies received and Paypal saying I only have $19 op

Ah yeah, if it's ebay related, Paypal now holds the sellers money from the buyer til the buyer either gives good feedback or something like almost 30 days passes with out problem. If the good feedback comes fast, you get your money. OR prove you shipped the item; usually with a tracking number that you'll put into ebay or paypal to prove it. They had that policy for a while now. I hate it personally.

Dj8153 bought an item. recieved a paypal receipt.

Contact Paypal. They have a claims resolution department. The bonus is that they are OWNED by ebay. You shouldn't have any problems receiving your refund.

I;ve not recieved my items from seller

this you need to contact e-bay customer support. basicly you need file a disbute the seller.
send them all of e-mail you have so they can porperly contact the seller and the porblem resolved.
did the bank clear your payment??? if not, you have to wait till the bank clear the payment.
