Trying to install net flix on my Samsung smart tv I get as far as giving my email address and they say that a email has been sent ...it never does

Clear the history in the browser, and in the apps if possible. Then repeat your request.

Please contact immeditely your Samsung dealer/ service centre immediately with the original bill and warranty card.
you will get your privileged free service. but do this before the 28th of this month. If no response call the area service manager- Samsung for support.

Contact yahoo immediately. I must say my brother was on blueyonder and obviously I cannot give details, but say it was jimsmith@blueyonder I sent an him an email and didn't put a spot after jim like his address, so it went straight to another jimsmith, whose wife wanted to know what on earth I was sending loving msgs to her husband for!!! Meanwhile my brother thought I had dropped him as this had gone on for a year!!! Report it and good luck.

Old TVs you can't with newer TV with Android OS in the TV ,some can but only Samsung has this answer, you posted lacking the model number off the sticker on the rear.
the other cure if all above fails
is buy a ROKU device. plugs in to any TV
with HDMI port, even fully NON SMART TV's old.
bingo netflix now works for eternity.

1:you can not.
2: samsung (call them)yes with firmware upgrade, ask them not me.
3:you can now. Android OS in TV allows it. or not.(new TVs only)
4: ROKU cured. (all) fixes them all.
and updates while you sleep, amazing, love mine there are other type devices, this is only ONE.
it is true the old Netfix app used 10 years ago are now banned by NF. (players banned old)
