We have a customer that appears to have a new Konica bizhub C351 copier with 0 copy count. They did not purchase it from us but want us to repair it. It is missing the ADF/Platen cover and stand. The optical drive cable on the full speed unit had come off the pulley and was originally in a bind but we repaired this by placing it back on the pulley and all moves freely now. When you turn on the machine it comes up with a C9401 error code. “It did this before the cable repair as well” We are aware that this could be associated with the exposure lamp, but since the exposure lamp uses a HV transformer what is the best way to test this area? Also what else could be the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
