Your firmware (Operating Software for the copier is bad) Will require a tech, as the firmware for the copier is located on a secure web site only access able via Konica Minolta Dealership and KMBS, they like to protect there firmware

In Konica Minolta bizhub 210,162,211,163,182, error code "cof32" means "Automatic toner density control abnormality.

To remove this code or you want to get rid of this problem, simply call your technical service representative to solve this problem.

If you want to remove this code by yourself then please perform these actions attentively.

1-Turn the machine ON.

2-Press "Utility" button on front panel.

3-Now press these buttons "stop+0+0+stop+0+1" it means press stop button, then press 0,again 0, then again press stop button, then press 0, and 1.

4-service mode will appear on LCD screen.

5-Now with the help of arrow keys go to the 2nd option which is "ADJUST"

6-Now press "YES" button.

7-Again by pressing the down side arrow key go the option which is "ATDC ADJUST".

8-Press YES button.

9-Now increase the value, for example if the value is 145, you have to enter 155 or 160.enter the value with numerical key pad buttons.

10-After entering the new value press "YES" button.

11-Restart the machine.

Not exactly sure if the model is the same but on a C351 the C9401 & C9402 errors are as follows:

16.6.81 C9401 Exposure lamp failure to turn on
16.6.82 C9402 Exposure lamp turning on at abnormal timing

Check the flat cable for proper connection and

To you need a mechanical adjustment.
A. Adjustment of the scanner motor timing belt. This adjustment must be made the scanner motor assy has been removed,or the scanner drive cables have been rewound.
1. Remove the IR rear cover.
2.Remove 16 screws and the reinforcement frame.
3.Loosen the 3 screws that secure the scanner motor mounting bracket.
4.With the scanner drive gear set screw located on the right hand side as shown on the left,slide the scanner motor assy to the left and check that it is returned to the original position by the tension of the spring.Perform this step three times.
5.Tighten the three screws to fix the scanner motor assy into position.
B.Focus positioning of the scanner and mirrors unit. This adjustment must be made in case the scanner drive cables have been rewound
1.Slide the mirrors unit to rhe center until it is pressed up against the cutouts in the rails.
2.If the mirrors unit is not pressed up against the cutouts,loosen the adjusting screw to which red paint is applied of the mirrors unit and press the carriage up against the cutouts.Then tighten the adjusting screw.
C.Scanner position adjustment.This adjustment must be made if the scanner drive cables have been rewound,focus positioning of the scanner and mirrors unit must be completed.
1.Slide the mirrors unit to the position shown on the left.
2.Secure the scanner in the position shown on the left using the 2 scanner positioning screws.
3.Make the FD-Mag. adjustment.:
FD Mag setting range :0,990 to 1,010 in 0,001 increments.
If the specified width om the copy is less than 298,5 mm increase the settings.
If the specified width on the copy exceeds 301,5 mm decrease the settings.
Adjustment procedure:
1.Call the Tech.Rep.Mode to the screen.
2.Touch these keys in this order : Machine Adjust - IR Area.
3.Position the color chart correctly so that the original reference point is aligned with the scale.
4.Press the Start key to make a copy.
5.Check point D( D:300+/- 1,5 mm) on the image of the copy.
6.If the image falls outside the specified range,touch FD-Mag.
7.Change the setting using the up/down key.
8.Press the Start key to make another copy.
9.Check the image on the copy to see if the specifications are met.
10.Make adjustments until the specifications are met.

you have to clear the counters in tech rep mode.
Utility - counter - details- then the following sequence....

stop-0-0-stop-0-1 then press counter - life - then highlight the parts you changed and press the C button, then exit .
