I have flagged my undelivered order with paypal - I mistakingly believed paypal wouldn't be available for use on a fraudulent site - it looks legitimate, but you never receive a proper sales receipt- if it looks like a price too good to be true it usually is, which is now confirmed in this instance- luckily I had only spent $25
Check again to make sure the address you are sending to is correct. There is also a possibility that the mailbox of the person you are trying to send to is full. They will need to make space before anybody can send them email.
