SOURCE: needle won't grab bobbin thread

Check the position of the needle. Some machines have to have the needle in a certain way or they won't pick up the thread from the bobbin. Make sure the screw on the bobbin is tight but not to tight you may have to adjust it a few times to get it where it needs to be. Also make sure the bobbin is wound tight

SOURCE: can't tighten clutch on Kenmore zig zag sewing machine.

The clutch has fallen off the shaft. Remove the very small screw in the clutch release screw to remove the clutch release. Place the clutch(round thing with ears on it) back on the shaft with the center ears pointing towards the outside. Put the clutch release screw back on. Tighten it to make sure it works
properly. Put the small screw back in the clutch release screw and test it again. If it will not tighten or release properly, remove the clutch ,rotate it180 degrees and try it again. This should solve your problem.

SOURCE: euro pro 385w problems

if your machine is like mine the bobbin is not filling right. My bobbin thread is very loose when it should be tight. I am also looking for bobbin solutions. If I wind the thread around the thread tension guide 2 or three times it keeps the thread tight going to the bobbin winder. I hope this helps

SOURCE: I have a Shark Intelli Sew 9110 Euro Pro. It was

There is no solution for that problem. My machine was doing the same thing, I returned it for "repair". Got it back 2 wks later and had the same problem. Just the other day, the machine did that, and then something "popped" and now the upper thread won't catch the bobbin thread. I called Customer Service and was told that if I want my machine repaired, I have to send them a check with the machine for $81! Your best bet...get rid of the Intelli-Sew and buy something that doesn't break every month or so!

Needle not picking up bobbin thread how can I fix this ?

Try installing a brand new needle. Sometimes a bent/damaged needle will not pick up the bobbin thread.

Check that the bobbin thread is loaded properly.

If the problem continues, take it for service as the needle/hook timing can be off.

I can't get the bottom thread to come up with the needle on my euro-pro shark intelli-sew

try this
make sure there is a 3-5 inch tail on bobbin thread
make sure there is a 3-5 inch tail on top thread, then hold the top thread tail with your fingers (away from the needle) & with your other hand turn the hand wheel manually on the right side of the sewing machine,, slowly letting down the needle down into the bobbin area & see if the bobbin thread will pick up this way

I have a Euro-Pro 473 model sewing machine, I?m converting into a Needle Felting Machine (adapter is Around metal with seven needles around it and is suppose to be attached into needle bar). I?ve removed...

If you're having the same problem we did, the attachment is installed too high on the bar. Move it down as far as possible and see if that solves the problem. If it doesn't, check to see whether the machine is belt-driven; did the belt break or slip off?

Deluxe denim euro pro

all machines thread the same. TTN tension, take up, needle.
Beginning with the spool guide the thread through the thread guides to the tension assembly. Pull the thread through the tension assembly and test it to make sure the tension is working correctly.
(To do this test, adjust your tension setting to normal or medium or 5 or something in the middle. Raise the presser foot and pull the thread through the tension. It should pull easily!! Lower the presser foot and pull the thread. It should pull noticeably harder.) If it passes this test, continue up through the take up lever, then down through the thread guides to the needle. Make sure your needle is fully inserted and turned the correct way.( If you load your bobbin case from the left side, the needle rule is normally FLAT to the RIGHT is RIGHT. There are some exceptions. If you have a newer style drop in bobbin or your bobbin case loads in the front then the rule is FLAT to the BACK.

Won't catch bobbin thread

In order to see whether or not my euro-pro 9110 had a timing issue, the service rep had me change out the needle (making sure I was using anything but a Singer brand needle--they do not work in these machines). I re-threaded the needle, took out the bobbin casing and the plastic ring encasing the bobbin, then lowered the needle to see if the hook on the metal ring holding the bobbin actually catches the thread on its own. If it doesn't catch, it's a timing issue and needs repair. They can walk you through this process of troubleshooting and set up repair if need. Call Eruo-Pro's customer service center for sewing machine service and repair at 800-798-7395

Bobbin holder pops out all the time.

We just had the same problem recently with our machine, it turned out that the bobbin was in backwards(rotating the wrong direction). Try flipping the bobbin around and see if it fixes the problem.
