Look around there for some O rings we have had this same problem with some of our Bosch hammer drills, and they usually replace a set of seals around the nose of the tool

could be a few problems, the striker could be stuck from debris or the ram might be hydraulically locked. they make a rebuild kit for this tool if you are mechanically inclined. I would suggest first going to their site and downloading a parts breakdown and there you will find what is involved and the parts listing.
