Hi Mags.
Clogged coils can cause poor cooling. Check to make sure nothing is stuck in the condenser fan and that it spins freely (models with coils on the back won't have a fan). To do this, unplug the fridge and pull it out. ... Plug in the fridge and make sure the fan runs when the compressor is running.

Condensation in fridge

How long does it take for the condensation to build up and freeze the fan?

When was the last time you defrosted the fridge (unplug, open all doors for 12 + hours)?

If you have not defrosted the fridge recently, you may have blockage that is preventing a drain from allowing condensation to escape.

Hi I have a very old KIC fridge freezer the freezer is cold and works well the fridge is not icing up on the back board in the fridge everything going off in the fridge what could be causing this?

Its defrost problem, the freezer should cool, then freeze, then defrost cycle should start. In your case freezer is cooling, then freezing, but its not defrosting. That's why fridge section is not cooling.-------
