okay this happened to my samsung intensity late at night i freaked and did everything i could think of then i went to my moms samsung intensity took hers and my batery out switched them turned both phones on they were fine switched the bateries back and viola it was all better again. try this if it works great please tell more people. if it doesnt i guess it just fixed my phone sorry. hope it works.

My Samsung J3 HAS FROZEN I cant switch it on or off

Simultaneously press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 12 seconds or until the device power cycles. If it is frozen on the logo, do the aforementioned and then just release the power button when the logo appears.

depending on why you wish to pull it apart ?
If you are replacing the plastic screen you need to heat the plastic to loosen the glue. If you use too much heat or force you can damage the digitiser. this means another part to fix and more cost
if the touch screen is faulty then you don't have to be so careful as the digitiser isgoing to need to be replaced also .
Replacement part may come with double sided tape or sometimes the plastic wedges to lift up the plastic . you may need to get double sided tape to stick down the screen

the lock code on my samsung m300 is the last 4 digits of my number. try that, also you can try 0000. that is all i can think of.
