What goes wrong when turning on camera whilst charging batteries

Nothing should go wrong, but when you are charging in the camera, with an USB cable, the camera can't be used. It supposed to be in the manual, but I don't know what camera you have, so I could not search on what page it is.
When you remove the cable after charging, the camera should switch on normal. If not, try removing the battery foe a few moment and reinsert the battery. (It is a reset)

My htc incredible s won't charge, I've tried

It sounds like the charging port on your phone is broken. This could have happened a number of ways. Either by dropping your phone, putting the charger in wrong, or taking it out wrong. If you call HTC(866-449-8358) and it is still under warranty they will probably fix it for free as long as it doesn't have any water damage( Otherwise you could also get a new phone.

My 8230 phone will not turn on put battery in and

A red light on a blackberry means the battery is flat. (Requires re-charging)
If you are confident your battery is FULLY charged and your charger is working then you may need to take your handset to a repair shop.

Try charging up the battery whilst in the handset. Let it charge for 30 mins then try and switch it on.

Remember...Blackberry handsets take longer than most to start up.

Have just replaced the Face screen on LG KU990i Veiwty Mobile which was quite straight forward. However when I came to switch back on phone lit up very dim & with nothing on screen for about 30seconds...

Make sure that the screens ribboncable is plugged in all the way, and that the connection are clean.

If this doesnt solve your problem that I think you recieved a bad LCD.
