Hello Abhishek:
The following is a Google link that gives lots of contacts for repairing your watch. https://www.google.ca/#q=police+watch+replacement+glass
I would also suggest that you may be able to go to any Jewellers in Dubai that sells watches and ask for a referal for a repair service.
Best of luck.
Cheers.
Barry, It is more and more common these days for a watch to have a unique band, unique unto itself. The only way some bands can be purchased is from the manufacture or seller which I presume is Shop NBC. Call them. I actually couldn't find your specific watch on the site but unless it is a watch with the "traditional lugs" you will need to go there. Michael
The piece you are looking for is called bracelet wing (band wing american way) or simply wing. One way to get it is to find your nearest POLICE watch dealer and ask to order it from supplier. Another way is to contact POLICE yourself and ask them if they can do it for you. Here is the link how to contact POLICE:

Write them what you are after and see if it works.
