I hooked up my Pyle plbt73g into a new vehicle, it was working fine in my old car. Now it won't power on. Any suggestions? I have trouble shooted everything.

You need an interface module so it will work with the vehicle ! The radio is hooked up to the class 2 serial data bus , if you don't hook it up right the vehicle will not start an run !

they are set this way so you cannot watch any dvd while car is operating for safety reasons

If the relay is working fine and you checked it the correct way, then there is a blown fuse or a bad connection in the circuit with either the positive side or negative side of the circuit in the harness.

I had the same trouble with a motomaster Inverter. Just keep turning it on and off slowly and it should come around and start to work.I know sounds stupid but it works.

It seems like a hardware problem inside the monitor.
What's cheaper -- paying a qualified technician to try to trouble-shoot, or buying a new monitor, and responsibly recycling the old monitor?

May not be a problem with the installation, sometimes ya just get a bad one. If you have hooked it up to power, and ground, and attempted to use a speaker outside of the cars wiring, then odds are you just got a bad radio out of the box.. This sort of thing just happens man, but hey that's what warranties are for right?

You can use either the high level (speaker) or the low-level (RCA's) inputs to the amp, but not both. Choose whichever one sounds the best or is more convenient to install and leave the other disconnected.

If the ground terminal is connected to a ground wire, the ground wire isn't connected to a good ground.
