SOURCE: pride mobility Jet 3 Ultra Power Chair 7 flashing

a 7 Flashe code. There is a joystick fault. Make sure the joystick is in the center position and then power off and on again. Check all your couplings. make sure when turning on the unit you only mash the power button for 1 sec. 2-3 sec will put the unit in "Lock out mode".
This ierror will also be present if the joystick is off center when powered up. If you experience these symptoms, you must first make sure there is no physical damage to the joystick preventing it from returning to the center position. Then turn the power off and back on again (making sure the joystick is not depressed in any direction. If the joystick repeats this error, the controler much be replaced. [email protected]

SOURCE: Jazzy wheel chair

When a chair sits for a long period of time ( four weeks or more) without being charged, the batteries die. To help you with the freewheel mode I would have to know what model of Jazzy it is.

SOURCE: Merits DL 52 i electric wheel chair, all leds flash 3 times.

The number of lights that are blinking indicate what the problem is. Visit this site to locate the type on controller on your power chair and you will be able to see that the blinking lights mean:

Try to reset your manual brake release as this is a common problem.
If you continue to have a problem, contact your manufacturer or dealer for service. If your insurance purchased they power chair for you, they may also cover the cost of repairs.
Good luck!

SOURCE: When I turn on controller

Do all of the speed lights flash at the same time or do they ripple from left to right? If they ripple from left to right the chair is in lock mode and you can use the unlock procedures from my tips to unlock. If they are all flashing at the same time you have an internal joystick problem and the joystick needs to be replaced Hope this helps

SOURCE: y mom's jazzy 1103 ultra will not operate .

Those blinking battery level LED's are showing a trouble code. Count them ("all of them" is the wrong answer). Then refer to this page:
Pride Mobility Products Corp Basic Troubleshooting Instructions

I know the 1103 isn't on the list, but all the Pride chairs use the same codes. Try the 1107 guide.

I have a jazzt 1103 power chair, I havent used it for about 6 mo and the battries went dead and wont take a charge anymore do you know about it thanks

Recharageable batteries need to be kept charged and if left uncharged for a long period they most likely no longer work.
You need to replace these batteries.

The battery light flashes and the chair wont go.

Sounds like it might be time to change the batteries. Even if batteries are charged correctly they eventually lose power with use and need to be changed. Here is a link to the battery needed for the Jazzy 1103 Ultra http://www.replacementupsbattery.com/UB12350-NB.html

I have a Jazzy 1103 ultra and I have fairly new batteries in it and it goes from 2 green light to 2 or 3 yellow lights all of a sudden........

Sounds like one of the batteries went south on you; usually a dead cell or a shorted cell. You'll have to unplug the joystick, remove the seat and the shroud to get to the batteries after the chair has dropped down to the yellow, or to red. Measure the voltage on each battery. If it is just one, it will read something like 11 volts or much less, compared to a good one that should read around 13. Your batteries should have at least a 6 month warranty for replacement.
