get a very long 7/16 wrench and turn out the bolts that hold the slide rails attached to the regulator rollers, so the rails seperated from the windowliftchannel, once I got those 4 nuts off I pushed the boltswhich are tacked into the lift channel, and was able to pull the glass out, what the problem looks to be is that the regulator rollers are not greased properly and could not slide in the lift channel.

Without the glass attached the regulator arms move up and down without any issue, so I ordered some replacement rollers, I am gonna get some nice quality grease, and got a few other replacement parts to clean up inside the tailgate when I put everything back, might as well fix other stuff while You Are In There!!

good test method the motor works ok

faulty up down switch
or the part/solenoid ? that reverses the current to the lift motor so they run clockwise and reverse
for up and down the stairs

wow some have remotes
could be a faulty receiver it remote to the chair

you will have to call the dealer first to see if you can replace only the arm

have you tried to bend it back so it will work? you might try this..

MARK THE POSITIONS OF THE WIPER ARM ON THE LIFT GATE GLASS,THEN REMOVE WIPER ARM COVER AND NUT AT THE OUT SIDE LIFT GATE, THEN THE BEZEL.BECAREFUL DONT DAMAGE PAINT.ON THE LIFT GATE.AND REMOVE THE UPPER AND LOWER LIFT GATE TRIM PANELS.DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AT THE REAR WIPER MOTOR, THEN REMOVE THE TWO MOUNTING BOLTS SUPPORT WIPER MOTOR WHILE REMOVING BOLTS.THEN INSTALL NEW WIPER MOTOR AND PUT EVERY THING BACK IN PLACE VISA VERSA.

On almost all trucks, you can open the tailgate, remove the straps either by un-bolting them at the bed or lifting the tailgate slightly and sliding the staps up to the larger part of the hole that slides over the pin. Then lift the tailgate to about a 45 degree angle and lift up and out on the passenger side. When it slides out, shift it to the right and it will come off the left peg. Hope this helps :)
