my mp3 player wont turn on.. when i press the power button it justs flashes on fol an instant then turns off again.. when i plug it into my comp it turns on to charge and says its connected, but when i try to open the files on it it just says 'The request could not be performed because of an I/O error.'

the player yp u2 when start 20% loading and still off.i ve trial to update my firmware but stil not detected it says please connect the device..i ve push play button....but still no detect ..any body can help me.. thanks
some of the files you deleted are probably the files that contain the installation settings, if thats the case you'll have to restore back to factory settings or download new settings online.
hi : your player iz need to a current updater progrrame by picking the firmware version of samsung site...and install to pc after then connect he player in usb dvice and re install the firmware....
