What is FRP?
factory rest protection(for stolen devices?)
we dont have PB here in USA, so ask your PB at your unstated country.

You can only change the region code up to 4 times then it locks on the last change.
There are some firmware upgrades that can change the drive to region free, if you can screw it up or put in the wrong frmware upgrade then the DVD drive will be a piece on junk.
I suggest you install a region free software that will allow you to play any region DVDs.
Go to www.dvdidle.com to get their Region-Free software, it is not very expensive.

On the top of the keyboard you can see a picture of a Hand on a rectangle which should light up press is once , touchpad will be working fine !

If you have problems with your BIOS password, one thign you can do is to remove the CMOS battery from the compute, to reset the BIOS password.

I have a Packard Bell Android tablet 10" Model: PB1009, and use time is about 10 - 15 minutes. Can the battery be replaced? Or is there something else I can do?

Certainly the battery can be replaced and if you are confident you should be able to find a helpful YouTube video.

Packard bell pb1009 won't connect to wi-fi. Tried restarting, rebooting different networks but nada. Help!

this 1009 Is lame city, support is zero.

PB is owned by Acer.com as is gateway name (old)
PB did not make it that means acer.com did not/.
who made it is hard to track but is covered in the PB wifi
who did that, first ones sold in Penny's stores then now.
seems like same maker (in Europe) sells them in walfart now. do not buy this junk buy real PCs. ok
buy dell or hp.
then real support happens.

I brought a packard bell pb1009 tablet and it kee]s sayin i need to find another way to log on. How much to reset it after i called myself doing a reset and now can't get it to come on

bad buy of the year, PB stinks, its under dog acer.com PC
Acer owns it and support lacks as do books on it.
first off most of these are sold outside USA so you posted to USA computers but we have no such PC here.

only 1 for sale here on ebay. (and importer)
amazon. zero sold here in USA<
so where are you , the PB support pages are not the same
in UK
in Asis, or Africa or in India, etc.

My packard bell tablet pb1009 will respond i followed instructions on resetting and I'm getting a message saying it cant let let me in choose another account

we have no PB PCs in USA (not since PB went bankrupt 1999 )
nor did you even tell what kind of account it is,of 1billion on earth.
no country stated by you at all.
all hopeless lacking key facts like that.

what country? (you bought the PC)
what account?
what does not work, my guess some online accounts dead?

How can I get my Packard Bell pb1009 tablet to run faster. oops I forgot to say it never was fast, even new.

faster than what, ? speed is relative term.
you paid $50 new, it runs ANDROID OS. !
and was slow day one, and is still slow
and will be slow forever, you can bank on that.
I guess its not PB but is BPX PC made by the DUTCH.?
