Unless you are going to get out your multimeter and trace the power, you are going to need a service call. They appear to have a history of failing control boards.
Pay-pal will take this up for you if you get in touch within 45 days of the transaction but when you get in touch with them they will ask you to contact the seller first to see what the problem is. If you still don't get your items or your money refunded then pay-pal will get in touch with the seller .The good side is that if the seller doesn't refund you then you are covered because you bought it through Pay-pal .It takes a few weeks but you will get a refund.
also have the same machine - if you wash with the eco rinse the clothes will ALWAYS have the soap residue on them and if you use the deep rinse then this machine will just sit there doing the very occasional agitate for up to 6 hours - can't win - have only just hung out a load and as usual there are many many dry spots on the sheets which is a daily occurence - really hate this machine and it's so called u-beaut functions -
I understand now, unfortunately i didn't do the live chat nor am i paid for helping, just like you i came acrossed this site and thought i'd help a few people by donating some spare time.
I am however an IT engineer and am familiar with your copier, as i suggested earlier reset the tech rep switch and see if it clears your error.
I suggest you contact the site for your refund.
