Re install the web cam software and update,,,..
This will work.If not go web cam setting and increase brightness, and contract...
Also go run..type "msconfig"... thereafter change options to
1)normal startup
then re-bootup...thereafter run in second option
2)Diagonstic mode.. then re-boot up
then 3rd in selective set up
if still notwork the camera mightbe faulty
