Please write your needs into the search engine of your computer, and you should have many dealers or maybe even the factory show up, unless it is made in China.
(There is a possibility that there is not a repair manual published.)
God bless your efforts.

SOURCE: Pride Lift Chair

Yes, jump, short, somehow bypass the switch and see if the chair moves. In 4 of 5 cases, I have had to replace the switch. Its the only part I carry with for "spares". Its an easy fix, and a lot cheaper than replacingt the whole hand control.

SOURCE: Switch Wireing Diagram

The motor operates on low voltage DC current Robert. You will have a negative and a positive, like a car. The center connector is a common, meaning that it will be connecting to the motor whenever you switch is activated to make it go, and the other two are positive and negative to control either up or down. These should be color coded red and black and will go to the outside connectors and the remaining wire will go to the center common connection. Hook it up and then test the chair lift button. If it doesn't lift, you need to reverse the two outside wires for correct polarity, or just use the switch controls opposite; up for down, down for up.

SOURCE: Can I or how can if possible return the Pride Lift

The easiest way to do this is to tip the chair forward so that the top of the chair and the arms are on the floor. The weight of the chair will be off the lift frame in this position. Look at the motor and you will see it connected to the frame with 2 hitch pins.
It is easiest to remove the top hitch pin which will now be on the bottom because the chair is upside down. Pull the clip (looks like half of a paper clip) from the pin that goes through the square chair frame and motor round tube. Pull out the pin by lifting the bottom of the motor slightly(now at the top because the chair is upside down)with your left hand and pulling the pin out with your right hand. Find the two nylon washers that have fallen out when you do this.
Swing the motor tube out of the way toward the front of the chair. Hold on to the pin, clip, and 2 nylon washers for re-assembly. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Pride lift chair. Goes up, but will not down

There are only three wires for this. either the wire is broke, or the switch.

A Pride TMR 805 was delivered to us yesterday and has seized with the leg rest extended. The Manual does not appear to deal with problems in this chair. There is no problem with the electrical outlet and...

The best thing to do in this situation is to call the vendor and have them repair it under warranty. There should be no charge for this service since the chair is brand new.
There are some checks you can make to avoid a service call. You have checked the batteries and hopefully the chair is plugged into the wall outlet. It is possible that something got disconnected under the chair. To check this you need to flip the chair over on its side or on its back since the leg rest scissor mechanism is extended. Look for any plugs that have come apart at their connections. Check for a pinched or binding scissor mechanism or tilt frame parts.
You should not attempt this at all if you cannot safely move a large piece of furniture. Perhaps a friend or relative may be able to help.
Insist that the vendor honor their warranty commitment ASAP. If you paid with a credit card, you should contact your credit card company to put the amount in dispute if the vendor is unresponsive. Hope this helps.

Chair is stuck fully extended foot rest up and back down, Switch doens't seem to work

Providing you have power to the chair, this will be a faulty handset or a faulty limit switch inside the actuator assembly.

What would cause my lift chair to move extremely slowly and stop altogether?

I am going to say the motor or the control switch have gone bad. Most of these chairs are made without relays to control the motor. A switch will wear out due to the current goin across the contacts if a relay is not used. Check the switch in the control. If this is helpful, please leave feedback. Thanks,SnugglePants
