leave unpluged overnight. usually capacitors hold charge and will release slowly. try that if doesnt work powersupply is bad.

I had this same problem with a smaller version of this tv, I fixed it by replacing the DMD board. It is the board that is attatched to the optics block that sits infront of the chamber chamber lit by the bulb and the color wheel. On the smaller version the DMD was in a silver ported flashing and had a heat sink attatched to it. Error code 70 means a Central Control Unit Heartbeat Failure. There is no
communication detected from the Central Control Unit to the
User Interface (the part that you touch in the middle to set cycles).
Possible Causes/Procedure
1. Check for continuity of the User Interface harness.
2. Check wire harness connections to the User Interface and
the Central Control Unit.
If these connections are ok then
3. Replace User Interface if drum is rotating. Part number is W10164402
4. Replace Central Control Unit if drum is not moving. part number is 8183259
