Sorry! No free drop for you.
You must play as a r handed if your r handed...
you can flip the club and swing lefty to get the ball where you want to, but no relief... ??

Where is the fuse box on a Astra 62 plate

Im assuming yours is a Right hand drive. There are three fuse panels.
The First is under the bonnet next to the battery.
The second is inside the glovebox behind a clip out cover panel. (Left hand drive cars have it behind the small drop down storage panel. This is next to the driver's left knee).
And the third is in the boot, on the left hand side panel, behind a removable trim cover.

What are my rules of Golf options regarding when my golf ball comes to rest on a bridge that is crossing a hazard?

The bridge is considered cart path. You get a free drop to the nearest point of relief (spot where you are not standing on the path or bridge and it does not interfere with the swing) no closer to the hole. Or, if the nearest point of relief is not a good option (ie. it's in the woods or tall grass) it's perfectly legal to play the ball from where it lies on the bridge.

I hear a progressively louder, almost metal-on-metal sound behind my front passenger tire while I'm driving, regardless of braking or accelerating. I was told a couple months ago to change my tie rod soon...

prob a wheel bearing if you think its a tie rod just leave the car off and get under it and wiggle the long arms connecting the front wheels.
if its wheel bearing jack that tire off the ground and try to wiggle it.
ultimatly goto the tire shop and have them look at it.
