SOURCE: Put wrong soap in the SmatDispense container...

If you run it as is you will have a kitchen full of soapy water.
Take a pot or pan. Fill it with COLD water. Our it into the DW. Fillit to the regular water level, about 1 inch below the bottom rim.
Set the DW to a pump out setting and drain it.
You will have to repeat this several times to clear the soap out.
COLD water pump out. Cold water pump out etc.
Do not use HOT water. You will get instant suds and lots of them.

SOURCE: do not know how to add dishwashing liquid to machine

Fill your clean, dry dispenser cup with detergent and close it.The water streams through the closed dispenser and comes out at the bottom of the dispenser. Make sure you have 120 deg f water coming to the dishdrawer and never put anything in that dishwasher that is to tall or comes up above the drawer when you start the dishwasher it has a lid that comes down and if it does not seal you will get an f1 code and it will require a tech.

This might be a problem with your detergent and your water, not your machine....

This has become a huge problem and a big misunderstanding on what the white dried residue is on your dishes.....IS it hard water probably not . Due you use liquid or powder soap and fill both soap compartments !!!!ow<br /> <br /> well here is a solution first stop using to much soap!!! <br /> most people only need no more than a tablespoon of soap.... powder or liquid..total... dont forget that powder soap can go bad in those card board boxes in a humid enviorment,,,( under the sink) remove and discard any soap that's clumpy and pour rest in a tupperware dish...<br /> <br /> so here is how to remove white residue off dishes...<br /> <br /> Fill your kitchen sink with hot water no soap and 1 cup of vinegar let dishes soak dont let water cool scour dishes in sink no soap rinse them and air dry all dishes .... some dishes may be ruined due to how long white residue had been on them called etching..... now we need to clean the dishwasher start dishwashere like normal no soap and let run for few seconds when dishwasher starts to fill open door and pour in atleast 2 cups of vinegar close door and let dishwasher run cycle repeat necessary till residue is of wash arms racks door and cabinet walls ... these steps need to be repeated in most cases a few times ...

Dishwasher Residue and Film on Dishes

<p>If your <b>dishwasher does not seem to be cleaning well</b> anymore and you are getting<b> residue and film left on your dishes</b> then you need to read this.<br /> <p><br /> <br /> <p>Since July of 2010 the US Government has mandated that <b>dishwasher detergents</b> contain no more then 0.05% phosphates in them. The Detergents before this had contained up to 8.7% phosphates. The restrictions were for 16 states but many companies then dropped the phosphates from detergents to all states...<br /> <p><br /> <br /> <p>Now if you are having the <b>scum, film, and white residue problems</b> in your <b>dishwasher, </b>there is hope.<br /> <p><span>There is a product that you can buy that will compensate for what the makers of the </span><b>dishwasher detergents</b><span> have left out. This product as commonly know as </span><b>TSP</b><span> or </span>(<b>Trisodium Phosphate</b>).<br /> <p>By adding this to your dishwasher, you can manually add back the phosphates to your dishwasher and enhance the cleaning process.<br /> <p><br /> <br /> <p>Now the nest question...how much TSP do I add to the dishwasher?<br /> <p><br /> <br /> <p>For many dishwashers, waters, and for normal loads you will find that a tablespoon or two is all that you will need. For very hard to clean dishes and for some types of water you may need to add up to a 1/3 cup of TSP. <br /> <p><br /> <br /> <p>If you are having problems with your <b>dishes not getting clean</b>, a <b>black or scum film</b>, or <b>white residue</b> being left on your dishes at the end of the cycle, then I would start with a tablespoon or two and then adjust from there. Figure out how much you need to add to you dishwasher to make your <b>dishwasher detergent </b>work correctly for you again.<br /> <p><br /> <br /> <p>To best part is that you can have <b>clean dishes </b>coming from your dishwasher again!!<br /> <p><br /> <br />

We purchased a used Jet-tech dishwasher and cannot figure out how to install the detergent dispenser. Are there technicians in the Clinton/KS, MO area who could come out to help us. We run a Bible camp.

The detergent system on the Jet-Tech machine are all very similar. Near the solenoid valve under the machine, beside the drain connection, there are two wires, one red and one blue. Those wire will run the detergent pump when the machine calls for water. Two tube are attached to the pump. when looking at the pump from the front or clear plastic can be seen, the tube on the left (arrow going up) is connected to the container with the detergent. the tube on the right (arrow down) is connected to the back of the unit to inject the detergent into the tank. Some precaution should be taken to assure that the connections are tight and not leaking. if the tube shows signs of crystals inside, it should be replaced as the detergent as crystallized within. My dishwasher tablet ends up on the floor of the dishwasher at the end and the dishes are gritty

Kay - Cloudy or gritty dishes are due to hard water deposits. Starting in summer 2010, many states have passed laws that prohibit phosphates in dishwasher detergent. The phosphates were good at removing hard water deposits. After the law changed, detergents don't work very well anymore. So I created a product that solves the problem. It's all-natural, contains no phosphate, and it works great! It's a powder. You add 1-2 tablespoons to each wash cycle and you use a lot less of your normal detergent. So your cost per wash does not increase. See my website at www.CitriClean.net

The upper spray arm is not working. Any suggestions on what I might do?

THE SPRAY ARM IS CLOGGED.

YOUR FILTER IN THE BOTTOM IS CLOGGED.

THE TUBE THAT FEEDS IS HAS A BREAK GOING UP THE BACK WALL.

LACK OF WATER. ADD WATER SEE IF THAT WORKS. THEN YOU WILL NEED A VALVE.

THE SPRAY ARM TUBE IS NOT GOING INTO THE BACK OF THE FEED TUBE.

Dishwasher calls for detergent & rinse

I take it, the screaming is a beeping sound from the detergent alarm feature.
The chemical tubes from detergent and rinse run through a sensor board on the rear of the machine. If there is an interuption in the flow, or an air hole in the tube, or wrong chemical, it will trigger an alarm..
Is there a chance when replacing the pump tubes, that they were installed in the wrong direction? They should feed in on the bottom, run clockwise and discharge at the top. Check for restrictions in the flow.
