Your printer and the devices trying to print from it should be connected to the same network. If it is, download our LexPrint app to your iPad http://bit.ly/IMbDlq. Since the Lexmark Pro205 is not AirPrint compatible, you would need the LexPrint Listener installed to a host computer.
Our latest Inkjet printers are already compatible with AirPrint.
I regret to inform you that the Lexmark X1240 printer does support AirPrint or printing from iPad2. If you're interested, Lexmark recently released the Pro715 and Pro915 inkjet printers compatible with AirPrint and printing from Apple devices (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch). You may contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for additional assistance.
To print from an iPad you will need to either have a printer that is compatible with Apple's Airprint or have an app that allows you to print through your network.
