Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle, be careful the hole might be on the bottom and the toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If THE KNUB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in. That KNUB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle, if it damaged you get a code. If that does not work, you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad

You will need to vacuum all the toner out as in the machine there is a sensor that looks through the waste tank and checks that it is clear. You can also wash the tank out then install it and you will not have the problem.

Toner waste bottle located at the front of the machine where the toner goes. Open the front cover as if to replace toner. to the bottom right s a little clear plastic tank. remove it and vacume all the toner out of it then install it again this will make it work.

Here's what I did.
Emptied the waste toner cartridge. Left it out of the machine. Held the microswitch (located to the right of the optical sensors) in the "cartridge in" position with a paperclip. Printed one document. Inserted the waste toner cartridge. Error now gone!

I believe that you closed all the doors properly...
Well, this may happen because off several things.
I can give you some tips (by steps):
- First you have to make sure that the toner bottle spins (if that doenst happen it could be a faulty clutch).
- Than you need to see if the tonner supply (the green handel that you place the toner) are good.
- After that you just have the TD sensor. This sensor is on the Developement Unit.
Well, i am just giving you a clue. If you do not have thecnical knoledge i advise you to call your provider.

After you connect printer in network just set up DHCP in your printer and from windows 7 (Devices and Printers, Add new networked printer) and job is done because windows 7 will recognize printer and install appropriate drivers.
