How old is gas in tank #2? sounds like lousy oily gas. white white smoke or blueish? white white sounds like heavy moisture. blue is oil

Check the crankshaft position sensor. If the plug is loose or the sensor itself is bad it will cause similar problems

go to any auto parts store and get one of the products they have to remove the gum in the carburator and line. Some of the products are simply poured into the gas tank along with some fresh gas. good luck.

Pull the carburetor and clean it for staters.Be sure to change oil any little bit of moisture in the crankcase will let it smoke white by seeping by the valves and piston rings.Also put a little small amount of dry gas in the gas tank to rid all of the water that may have been left in the tank.
