u need to download the driver to your computer in order for you computer to recognize your phone. here is 3 links for the drivers one of them is your driver, hope this helps!!

This phone should have Jelly Bean 4.1 or later. One way is to tap settings, sound, phone ringtone and choose whichever ringtone you like the most. this is all i can find at mo.

1. From the home screen, tap the All Apps icon.
2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
3. Scroll to and tap Sound & notification.
4. Tap Default notification ringtone.
5. Tap the preferred notification sound and then tap OK.
