I have a bizhub 361 with a error code C1102 and one with code C2801

FS-523 Finisher lift motor of the where the copies or prints come out the lift motor is shot!! or its not turning to lift the motor did the tray hit something on the way down or up???

You recently replace the drum and the developer??? if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST? IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN TCR/Developer Charge. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the TCR is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum.

The c1102 error refers to the exit trays.

actually code c28xx have 7 variant. for example, c2801, c2802, c2803 (error 3,4,5,6) and c2804. if follow the code code c28xx is TCR output abnormality.
ok, first you clean T/S block, do servicing and cleaning all parts.
second, if still same, do toner auto supply.
third, trouble reset. off your machine first, press and hold utility/counter and on machine, until trouble reset appear. press it and off/on again. ^^,

sir i have a bizhub Minolta 500,the problem is that it shows the code c-2801 and out put trays are not working ,when i start the machine and code is shown and machine is not stared please help me its urgent case

Replace the developer, then run the TCR adjustment before replacing the developer clear the counter, for the developer, Machine runs on them if you replaced the developer all ready then the copier thinks it is old and can code out. ALWAYS clear the counter first then install the developer then run the TCR adjust

In my experience you have to change the developer and the machine will be ok.Also there is a chance that you have to clean the two toner sensor that are located in the end of the toner bottle,sometimes there is the problem.please let me know.
