A few months ago I could make about 3 miles, 2 weeks ago ran a little over 10. My current challenge is watching the entirety of Game of Thrones while running.
After that weight lifting, football, climbing, martial arts.
I haven't done one for years but I also found the insanity style immensely rewarding, going from inability to get through a warm up to finishing the entire thing.
It is very difficult because there are two main
versions of exercise bikes, so I've picket two of each type. If you prefer an
upright bike the Schwinn 140 Upright Bike is the best pick, if you're more into
recumbent bikes the best option is Nautilus R514 Recumbent Bike, both of them won
