SOURCE: treadmill noise

If it is a chirping noise it will be the mylar sheet under your walking belt. You will need it replaced after that kind of damage. If it is an actual grinding noise it will be something else.

SOURCE: While running on the treadmill there is loud noise

Probablt don't need a new belt. You need to isolate noise. Listen and look for any signs of rubbing in the area that noise is comming from.

SOURCE: Proform 400GI Treadmill making a very loud noise,

This definitely sounds like the drive motor. One way to check is to remove the drive belt and run the motor without the walk belt connected. Obviously if you still have the noise it will be a motor issue. If not then it will be one of the 2 rollers. Good Luck! Tim

SOURCE: My treadmill walking belt has moved to the right and slips.

PROBLEM: The walking belt is off-center or slips when walked on SOLUTION: a. If the walking belt has shifted to the left, Start unit @ 1.0 mph using the hex key, turn the left idler roller bolt clockwise 1/2 of a turn to move belt to the right. Be careful not to overtighten the walking belt. If the walking belt has shifted to the right, turn the left idler roller bolt counterclockwise or clock wise 1/2 of a turn depends on the tension that will be on the belt take your time and walk on it to feel the belt underneath you2_bing.gif Repeat until the walking belt is centered.

My incline doesn't work

Does it make any noise? You can always isolate the incline motor from the rest of the treadmill and use a 110v jumper cord from white to black or white to red and check to see if the incline motor works with the jumper cord. If so than you know the problem is in the electrical of the treadmill.
