Not really. The second you fold it you lose your zero, because it will never rest in EXACTLY the same place, so although at shorter ranges it might work, at longer ranges it will be essentially useless.

SOURCE: What are the advantages of holographic sight?

The biggest advantage of Holographic Sight over red dot is that prevents parallax distortion.
That is if your eyes are not properly aligned with sights in a red dot sight you will not hit what you are aiming with your sight, as you will not be looking parallel to the barrel of the weapon. This problem increases with the range of the target.
Holographic Sights, however, uses laser to produce a holographic reticle, which is not very prone to parallax errors.
However, there must be something which keeps Red dot in demand.

SOURCE: I have a red laser

I think you are asking, if you are sighted in (holographic) can you then adjust the laser to that point of aim and then rely on the laser to be "ON TARGET" at a usable distance, the answer is yes. But if you can sight in at 15 yards using the laser. adjust you shots hi ( You aim your laser low, so your shots will be above your point of aim 1 inch) with this shot placement you should be on at 100 to 115 yards. If you can be very precise at 15 - 20 yards you should be very close out at 100. Hope this helps Fix Ya up.

Could you please help me to find out when my m 1 garand was made and possibly the value of this gun.. its HR serial numbers are 65354483-55-rs 45 it has the cartouche and the "p" behind the trigger...

You may have some numbers scrambled up. Look just behind the rear sight. Who made it and what number is on that heel? Once you have that, the gun should be gone over to see how many re-builds it's had, what parts it contains (common to find SA trigger groups on Win guns.) and what is still original. "Mint condition" has a very specific meaning and what looks 'brand new' to one not familiar with guns can be spotted as a re-finished parts gun from ten feet away. Value depends on many different factors and can't be determined without examination.

Shoots realy low cant get it to raise enough

You'll need to shim it. Use 35mm film strips, piece of plastic, electrical tape for thicker pad until you can get close to zero with sight set to middle of it's travel.

Zeroing problem

Make sure you rest the air rifle on something soft, like a folded jacket for a rolled up towel. The rifle will always shoot away from a hard surface. If you rest against the side of a tree, it will shoot away from the tree.If you leave your pellets in the sun, and they are warmer than the barrel, they will always shoot high.Good Luck
