I can’t get my mustek to play it comes on but the screen is clear white and fuzzy, it stays this way even when i’ve put the dvd in the drive.

This means its most likely over heating and the GPU is on its way out...

you can try using a diffrent cable see if this helps.

if not contact microsoft as they now have 3 years warrenty on them :)

The machine is overheating and the graphics chip on the main board is acting up cause of it. Make sure there is no dust or dirt blocking the air vents that would cause the system to heat up more then normal.

If that doesn't do it then maybe think about getting a cooler for the system, here is a website that talks about a few of them. Click here.

If that doesn't help then your mainboard is going bad and would need to be replaced.

Hi elcrozier.Try changing the resolution from 1080p to 1080i in the system setting on the ht503ph. I had the same problem and that fixed it. good luck
