Sounds to me like the bearings are going bad in the motor. The hotter it gets the grease breaks down and the squealing starts.

It sound like you may have sound processor problem which is part of the main board, I would also look at the 12vdc from power supply to make sure it is clean DC.

The high pitch sound is comming from a power supply transformer that will resonate (or vibrate) at the operating frequency (12-14KHz).
This is usually affordable to repair -at least worth the estimate.

It appears like your power supply is not filtering the voltage properly and that is why you are hearing that high pitched noise. If your LCD is less then a year old, you can call Polaroid to have it repair under warranty.
If more then a year old, check the info from this link to replace the capacitors.

The problem could be that of coil that has become loose and is vibrarating cause your squeal . Or it may be a transformer in the power supply that is also vibrating . These can only be replaced to get rid of your problem and you have to isolate which one is causing the noise . Good luck
