Hi my lg TV won't turn on when you press power button on TV Lg logo comes on then goes straight off took back off TV . power board has led that blinks five times . Got new power board .swap them over ,same thing led blinks five times . Could it be logic board ,main board .

this is common issue with this model and through your troubleshooting is tied to y main board. blinking led on logic main in normal operation. when replacing y main always good idea to replace y upper and lowe buffer boards as they complete a circuit and sometimes replacing one without other could cause additional failure on remaining boards

Yes it is definitely a power supply board issue. The self-diagnostic error codes of the LEDs are self descriptive. The logic board led blinks when an OVP(OVer VOltage Protection) is detected and the LED then blinks on the source of the problem(power board). My money would be on failed voltage regulator ICs and/or blown resistors. If you are not good at component level repair, then it might be good idea to just replace the board.
