I have a black web 6 device universal remote. Will it work on a RCA 5 Disk CD an DVD Home Theater System RTD207. If so how do I program the remote... Going nuts

1. turn the device you want to set
2. aim the reomte control at the device and press and hold down the code search button for at least 3 seconds until the red led lights up solid red
3. press the device button you wish to program tv, vcr, dvd,etc and the led light will blink once and then remain solid red
4. press on/off slowly and repeatly until the device your trying to program shut off
5. once this occurs press enter button to store the code and the led light eill turn off
