I have Integrated webcam built-in on my Dell Inspiron 15 3567 laptop. I have Dell webcam central app to run it. This app running camera well and I can record audio and video clearly. Other add-in named Live! cam avatar creator works well. How to enable settings and effects shown in app to work? Dell webcam central version is 1.40.05.

The PC must have its DELL drivers load and correct or things fail.

or the app from Dell is bad/wrong or corrupted, or someone loading the wrong one or verison on your PC.
Why not just go to dell.com and get it, first and load that first.
see if the software works now?

note it asks for the OS first. see,
get that wrong and bam you mess up the works big time.
the other trick is getting the graphic driver right.
only the full model numbers tell dell what is in the box. the PC,
what GPU chip options were fitted there day 1 new.
and more, guessing will mess this all up big time. PCs car complex
know that one simple model can have vast choices of chips and features inside.

This problem is not fixed through the settings of your Creative device but by selecting the right webcamin your messaging software.
When you install your Creative Camera it installs the physical Camera as well as a virtual Camera. So there are actually 2 (or more Camera's installed). The Avatar plays through the virtual Camera.
Whatever programme you are using (MSN or SKYPE etc) you need to select the correct video Camera.
So, for example in MSN messenger, select Tools, Audio Video Setup and select your camera from the list (make sure the Virtual camera is not selected).
To be even clearer as an example: If you are using a LiveCam Notebook Ultra 3 camera, you will see the following listed as cameras when you go to select a webcam to use within your messaging software :
Live! Cam Ultra Notebook #3 -- this is your normal camera
Live! Cam Virtual -- this us the Avatar etc camera,
Live! Cam Ultra Notebook Ultra (VFW) -- this is your widescreen camera
Just select the right one!

On the other hand, if your mouse does not work, you may have selected the wrong input device sound. Take particular care in this setting and not leave this page only when the cursor s'agitera,

Step 4: Turning finally to the image
1. Specify this time the source of the video.
2. Observe the window of return: if your setup is satisfactory, your image should appear.

hello, regarding on your problem please check your driver installed in your laptop and see if the driver you install is compatible in your current operating system otherwise it will not recognized the webcam driver. Also please check the settings of your skype or ovoo .

i think your audio drivers has not installed so first installe the audio drivers through dell audio drivers website.
You can then record to your heart's fill and Movie Maker will createa nice video for you. To get photos, you have to split the video intoframes and extract the required frames from it.
