Jensen vm9726bt navigation/radio/ wont turn on

Double check the fuses to the unit then double check the ones specifically for the radio as well as the ones under the hood then re check ALL connections to and from the radio..

you need av input adapter its 3.5mm male to rca etc ... then iphone to video rca etc.... and viola

it is a very common problem with the recoton/namsung companies. which make jensen,dual,qwestar,and etc. the cd player was built cheap and the cd player of course is not the best. inother words you need to replace the cd drive or send it back to jensen if still under warranty

the memory wire will be the thick yellow wire that is your constant. you hook the yellow wire to the yellow wire on the radio and you should be good.

my jensen vm9510 ts turns on and you can listen the radio dvd's cd's but the screen do not come out even if you reset it and press the open button, so you can't seen anything is already coded to play dvd's with out eh parking brake. If any one can help me please.

easiest thing first. check the fuse on the hot wire on the radio harness. next, check to ensure the hot wire is to battery power, and the acc (likely yellow or orange) is attached to a wire that turns on with the ignition. next, check to ensure good ground. all this should take less than 10 minutes.

Does yours give of a static noise coming from the speakers?

My only suggestion as last desperation, take your dvd player out of the vehicle. Open your hood, Take the yellow, red, and orange wire, tie them together and hook it to the positive post, and black to the negative. If your dvd player comes on like it should, Then it prolly a problem in your cars computer. Some newer cars automatially disable their radios when an alarm goes off, for theft reasons.

check for power on both the red and yellow wires with the key on. If both have power either the radio needs a reset or the radio is defective..
