Get to "Utility Menu screen"
Press the hard keys in the following order:
Stop ? 0 ? 0 ? Stop ? 0 ? 1
Touch the Soft switch tab in the first box on your left you will put a 3 in the middle box you will put a "1" the third box you will change the "1" to a "0". Close out to original screen and power off the machine. Wait 10 second power on should get your ready to copy, if the code does come back DO NOT RESET the machine again! It is indicating a problem the code you are resetting is the fuser and it can catch on fire! That will ruin a perfectly good day!!!

This usually is a problem on the fuser lamps.
Also, you can check the sensors TH1, TS1 and TS2. Be shure about the dipsw 03-1 not be on, after fixing the fuser.

Has the IPB been replaced? It may be the wrong one.
A03U H020* is for 6500/5500
A03U H0200* is for 6501/5501

i got board half way down

a good tip with rollers {rubber not sponge} is too use white vinegar wipe it on leave it to dry
and run few some fully black sheets...prints
then it works magic

I know it rech high temperature I change the sensor 1 UP fuser roller
and I reset the error, the machine start and stop again with error 3501

Replace write unit (p/n 50GA-6500).
